There is no charge for registration and annual membership.

If you would like to change the location of the delivery
After shipment is made, we are not able to change the delivery location, but we will respond to your inquiry within one day of placing your order
Receipt and delivery note
A receipt and a delivery note are not included in the package. If you need them, you can inquire us through the Contact Form.

Can I add merchandise to an order and make changes to the contents of the order?
In general, we do not make any changes to purchased items, but please contact us within one day of your purchase to inquire about any changes.
Return and Exchange of Products
Tea is a food product, therefore we do not offer returns or exchanges. We will only accept returns for mis-shipped, damaged or defective products. In the latter case, please return it to us collect, and we will replace it with a good product.

About Caffeine
The amount of caffeine in a 2 g serving (60-70 ml) of weak (thin) tea is about 64 mg. The higher the temperature, the easier it is to extract the caffeine. In Japan, there is no clear maximum intake, but overseas, the maximum daily intake of caffeine for a healthy adult is often set at 400 mg. For an adult, this is the equivalent of 6 drinks/day.
